Ayana D’Aguilar is a governance and social impact strategist working at the intersection of technology, human rights, and creative communication. With a career spanning NGOs and global tech, she has built large-scale programs that strengthen institutional accountability, protect vulnerable communities, and promote transparency in digital spaces. Her work combines systems thinking with storytelling—bridging policy, operations, and impact reporting to drive measurable social change.

From leading governance initiatives at Meta to coordinating national education campaigns, Ayana has consistently focused on the same goal: ensuring that systems of power serve people with fairness, empathy, and integrity.

Ayana earned her bachelors in Hindi and Urdu languages as well as Islamic Studies from the University of Texas at Austin. She now has emerging proficiency in French and Spanish. She is currently based in London and is open to relocate in 2026 to deepen her work in global development and humanitarian governance.
